Health and Safety

We want everyone working with Unfolding Theatre to be safe and reassured by the health and safety measures we have in place. We’ll make sure you’re provided with relevant health and safety documents such as risk assessments.

Everyone engaging with Unfolding Theatre is entitled to experience a safe and inclusive environment.

Workforce Monitoring

When you work with Unfolding Theatre, we will ask you to complete a monitoring form. This is important as it’s a requirement for our funders, but we also use this information to help us understand the diversity of our workforce and think about what we can do to address under-representation in our teams.

Audience and Participation Reporting

In order for us to understand the reach and impact of Unfolding Theatre’s work, you may be asked to complete our post-activity report form:

Feedback

We hope your time working with Unfolding Theatre will be a positive experience. We gather feedback from our workforce annually in March, so please do keep an eye out for that email and complete our online form. If you want to provide more immediate feedback about your time working with us though, please email us.
