Night Classes

Welcome to Night Classes; a playful, eye-opening theatre experience set to spark your curiosity!

Night Classes is not just a show; it’s a revelation. Delve into a world that dares to ask whether the grown-up goal of independence is all it’s cracked up to be.

Inspired by profound insights from deaf and disabled people, Night Classes asks the game-changing question: What if we celebrated inter-dependence instead?

One normal street, three different people, one massive sinkhole.

A Street Like This takes us from the everyday to the extraordinary, in a music filled theatre production that reminds us we’ve got more in common than divides us.

Featuring original songs co-written by Ross Millard (The Futureheads) and the company, A Street Like This is an optimistic, fantastical and often funny insight into an ordinary life lived extraordinarily.

Could it be that we all have a street like this?

Hold On Let Go at The Mill Arts Centre

Alex is 56. Luca is half his age. Alex has an encyclopaedia in his head. Luca has one on her phone.

Alex can’t recall his mother’s voice or most of the 1980s. But, he can instantly bring to mind his mother’s cooking and his family’s stories of the Spanish Civil War.

Luca worries that she can’t remember the important stuff – things that might make the world a better place. Her journey sucks her into a black hole crammed full of everything she’s ever forgotten.

A poignant, personal meditation on the gaps in our memories, Hold On Let Go asks, what do we want to pass on to future generations?
