Access
We believe everyone should feel welcome and able to enjoy the experiences we create. We are committed to making our performances, projects and working environments as accessible and inclusive as possible.
We don’t have a venue of our own - we work in a range of spaces across the North East and beyond. We always work closely with partner venues to ensure accessibility is considered from the outset. Wherever we are, we strive to provide clear access information and respond to the needs of our audiences, collaborators and artists.
Support & Questions
If you have any questions about accessibility, or would like to discuss your needs in advance of an event or project, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Performances & Projects
We aim to:
- Share detailed access information for each venue we work with.
- Clearly signpost which performances are relaxed, captioned, BSL interpreted, or audio described.
- Offer free companion tickets
- Produce inclusive experiences from the beginning - whether in theatres, outdoor spaces, or digital settings.
You can usually find access details on the event page for each show. If anything is unclear, or if you’d like to check what’s available, we’re here to help.
Digital Access
When we run online events or share digital content, we aim to make this as accessible as possible. This includes:
- Captions and transcripts
- Image descriptions for key visual content
If there’s something that would help you engage with our digital work, just let us know.
Feedback
We’re always learning. If you’ve experienced access barriers or have suggestions about how we can improve, we’d love to hear from you.
