The Story of You, Me and Us
The Story of You, Me and Us was a free creative project for new and expectant mothers living in Byker.
Working with Luca Rutherford from the Unfolding Theatre team, new mums and their new baby took part in 5 creative activities from the comfort of their own home via a parcel received every couple of weeks for the duration of the project.
After completing the 5 creative activities, Luca along with illustrator Josey Brookes created a special Memory Book that documents the first few months of mother and baby.

A Street Like This is a new production from Unfolding Theatre about the unexpected friendships that arise when something unforeseen happens, changing the way people define themselves forever.
Set – and created - in Sunderland, A Street Like This explores what unifies people in a city, where division exists, and what keeps people apart. What change could happen in a city like Sunderland that reminds us we’ve got more in common than divides us?
